Description: The forthcoming Surrey Central City Mosque and Mixe-Use Community Centre, designed by Navidi Architect, aims to become a place of peace, unity, and sustainability within the urban landscape. This project aspires to create an innovative community centre that integrates cultural, educational, and social practices, fostering a vibrant sense of belonging among its users. The new Anwar-E-Madina Mosque will serve as a cornerstone of this development, featuring a community centre facility that promotes the spiritual, intellectual, and physical well-being of all its members. The architectural design emphasizes natural light and adaptable spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere while encouraging community interaction and engagement. The comprehensive mixed-use development masterfully blends institutional, office, commercial, and amenity spaces within a thoughtfully designed podium. Above the podium, a striking 26-storey residential tower ascends, serving as both an urban icon and a space for diverse living experiences. This vertical integration provides the best use of land while promoting a sustainable lifestyle. The design includes a well-planned underground parkade, providing a support facility to the Anwar-E-Madina Mosque, the community centre, and the mixed-use tower—which are intertwined and connected, enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents and visitors alike.
